have a few idea's about mini championship rules
1:- 540 silver can motors only
2:- only D60 slick or treaded tyres mounted on mini wheels can be used
3:- touring car size wet weather tyre's can only be used went wet/damp
4:- tamiya speed controller only (ebay from £4 used to £11.99 new)
5:- max 3000 battery can be used
6:- may add min weight limit 1400g ? or poss lower?
pls leave feedback or any more idea's

Hi All,
Im new on here looking to get back into R/C I used to race a ttech predator back in the day
Ive got an m03 mini that has been a shelf queen, ive added virtually every chassis hop up I could find ally bits shocks etc.. will this be ok to race or do I need to put it back to standard?
Also can I use my old Mtroniks mini ESC?
I like the sounds of the rules certainly weight limit, are these rules confirmed or could I turn up with a 9 double in a re-chromed can?? (joking)
Many Thanks |

It will be welcome. Most people have added some hop ups, the new kits come with an ESC so we do allow any ESC.
The basic idea is to try and keep the racing close and not so expensive as the full blown tourers, allowing beginners to get a feel for rc racing at a reasonable cost. _________________ Built it

The Rules look nice and easy to follow maybe we could go with these plus a couple of Coastal own changes
1 Any ESC ( as most people have something different to the Tamiya one )
2 Any Avalable Mini wheel allowed with the size restriction as per the rules
3 Any Avalable body shell ( again a few people have others already )
I want an M03 R Blue Plated version you cant get more Tamiya Blue than that . _________________ Sponsored By Demon Power Products - Schumacher UK - Titanium Racing

The only Springs that can be used on the minis are the Standard Kit Springs from the Normal Kits or the MO3-R Kits ( M03-R Kits come with 3 different rates of Spring ) _________________ Sponsored By Demon Power Products - Schumacher UK - Titanium Racing
