No the Regular GTB works fine with 2.4 , It was the 2.4 GTB's that kept going BANG last summer ...............

What Motor / Ratio was you trying to run when it went ok and when it went out of control ........

Ratio with the Brushless is the most important thing of all I have seen them do funny things when the gearing / Setup is wrong ............

I take it , it was a novak ss motor you have conected to the GTB ? what turn is it and what ratio was you running it on

Also double check the sensor plug / lead for damage , a slightly damaged wire can make it do funny things also .........

Also Put the GTB on Profile 1 and leave it there until you feel you need more power / reverse or more brakes etc ........

HTH any thing else just ask ...........

A 3.5    Are you sure that won't be much good at Coastal

I Just hope you mean 13.5

We run 13.5's, 10.5's are bit hairy, 6.5's even worse, a 3.5 will be insane, I would suggest getting a 13.5 if you can, otherwise I fear you will need loads of spares for your car.

There's no chance of you being called 'Captain Slow' with a 3.5 brushless in your car!!!

You will LOL!

The quickest lap time is rarely from the fastest car in a straight line.

To be quick you need a car you can control, that handles well through the corners - if you look at most tracks and especially our track most of the time you not using full speed as the car is in corners or on short straights.

In fact to go fast you need to go slow - be smooth and the quick lap times  will come.

Ovepower your car and you will not be smooth or have the control through the corners that you need to get those consistent quick laps.
