Length of a race meetingI know today was an exception with the showers we experienced, but could we look to shorten the race day in future.
With the number of drivers, and therefore heats that we run, surely we can get a meeting completed in less than the 5 hours it takes currently so as to reduce the amount of time it eats into Sunday.
If we started at 9.45am prompt (it should be enough time to get booking in and the heats sorted out) and didn't have a break for lunch, we must be able to get finished by around 1.30pm.
