Just a few final instuctions to all competitors before the meeting on Sunday,
The gates will open at 9.00, please do not drive down the lane until 9.00, If you arrive early, park up quietly on the road.
Weather permitting, there should be trackside parking, (bear right at the on road track) and head for the ski slope, but indoor pitting is available with 240volt mains supply to all pit spaces and a compressor for car cleaning.
There are kitchen facitities with microwave, toaster, tea and coffee, (small donations welcomed) but you will need to bring you own food as there will not be a burger van at this event, although there are local shops.
The track will be open for practice from 9.00 and we expect to get the off road racing under way at approximately 10.30 following the driver briefing.
If you came last year you will find several changes, the racing now takes place on the hill where the grass is alot smoother and faster, and the rostrum has been moved to give a better view point.
We look forward to seeing you all on Sunday and hope that the weather is kind.
Regards
Paul |

Just a big thanks to everyone at Coastal for the regional on sunday. I thought given the recent weather the track was superb, and like always the meeting was run faultlessly, and the commentary was a very welcome addition.
Really enjoyed my racing, especially with surprise challenger of the day John Myall.
Congratulations to all the top drivers in the appropriate gradings and the winners of the finals. |
